School of Nursing, Federal Teaching Hospital Ido-Ekiti Admission Forms Is Out

This is to inform the general public that admission forms into the SCHOOL OF NURSING, FEDERAL TEACHING HOSPITAL, IDO-EKITI for 2015/2016 Academic Session are  now available for SALE ON-LINE.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must possess a minimum of five credits in WAEC/SSCE/NECO to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than  

two sittings. 

 

Age: Candidates’ age should not be less than seventeen (17) years.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

1.  Any interested candidates should go  bank  to pay and obtain PIN NUMBERS VENDED\

2. With the PIN number obtained from Bank, visit www.sonfthidoekiti.com to fill the on-line admission application form.

3. Candidates should print a photo card from the website on successful completion of the online admission application.

4. Candidate should come along with his or her card on the day of the examination.

 

APPLICATION FEE 

The Application form is TEN THOUSAND NAIRA (N10,000.00), payable at any bank in Nigeria but if you want us to register you it is N12,500 only for registration,logistics and counselling

 

CLOSING DATE

Online application must be completed on or before Friday, 17th July, 2015.

 

DATE OF EXAMINATION: Examination holds on Saturday, 8th August, 2015 by 9.00am
